Baseline provides workout suggestions for informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical or fitness advice. Before beginning any new exercise programme, consult a qualified healthcare or fitness professional. You assume full responsibility for your use of the workouts generated or created using this service.
Some features of Baseline may require payment. All fees are stated clearly before purchase. Payments are processed by a regulated third-party provider. We do not store your payment details. Refund requests should be directed to samuel@baseline.fitness.
All content, design and code within Baseline is owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our written permission.
Any workout data, scores or content you add to Baseline remains yours. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to store and display that content for the purpose of providing the service to you.
We aim to keep Baseline available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice where possible.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Baseline and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will update the date at the top of this page when changes are made.
